Day 1: Arrival & Meet Your Crew
Touchdown at Bandaranaike airport, spot your Metanoia Rep for the airport transfer. And check in to our hotel right in Negombo. Catch some coastal vibes with a visit to the local market and explore the working Dutch-style canal system. And tonight? Time to meet your fellow explorers over an included dinner. Cheers to that.

Kandy

Day 2: Temple of Tooth & Kandy Lake
We’re headed towards Kandy this morning - the cultural centre of Sri lanka. Once in Kandy, we’ll head to Dalada Maligawa – that’s Temple of the Tooth to you and me. Tooth Temple got you WTF-ing? Well you read right, this temple houses a relic of Buddha’s tooth so it’s kinda important. Later, catch the peachy sunset of Kandy Lake from our hotel on the mountainside. Don’t forget to grab a beer while you are at it.

Ella
2 nights stay
Day 3: Tea Plantations & Scenic Ella
It's goodbye Kandy and hello Ella. We’ll drive south into the hill country, passing lush green hills and waterfalls before stopping by a tea factory in Nuwara Eliya where we’ll learn all about the Srilankan tea brewing process, from leaf to cup. Then, plaster your face to the window as we begin our scenic journey towards backpacker’s paradise a.k.a Ella!

Day 4: Little Adam's Peak & 9 Arches Bridge
You have time to yourself this morning to chill and get in the laid back vibe of Ella. BUT we are going to work for it on a hike to Little Adams Peak. Enjoy the stunning views of Ella Gap - a gorge full of beautiful waterfalls and stunning backdrops. Grab a quick snap as we make a final stop at Nine arches bridge, one of the most insta famous places in all of Sri Lanka. Tonight, head out with the squad and see if Ella's nightlife really lives upto the hype!

Day 5: Jungle Beach & Unawatuna
Say goodbye to the hill country as we make our way to the coastal town of Unawatuna. Today, we’re walking through the jungle to the stunning golden sands of the beach on the other side. Soak up some Vitamin D, have a swim in the sea and enjoy the simple pleasures and beauty of the shore. What a life! Once you’re all sun-kissed, we’ll head to our hotel in Unawatuna.

Day 6: Galle Dutch Fort
Enjoy a sleep in and wake when you like today. This morning is 100% up to you. Put on your touristy hat, we are gonna explore the Galle Dutch Fort area this afternoon. Buy souvenirs from the trendy shops, devour on the Rocket Burger and catch sunset from the fort’s wall while you taste some of the best ice creams in Sri Lanka! Later tonight, it's all about having a great time with your squad at one (or many :P) of the popular beach bars of Unawatuna.

Day 7: Explore Colombo & Party
After breakfast, we’ve got your transfer to Colombo sorted. Today, you’ve got full day to do your own thing! Need suggestions? Have lunch at the Ministry of Crabs, explore the floating market. Or treat yourself to a Sri Lankan Spa. Later, we’re gonna head out to give this trip-of-a-lifetime the sendoff it deserves. Make it count because we’re saying goodbyes in the morning!

Who can join this trip?
Anyone aged between 18-35 can join this trip. You can join solo, with a friend/partner or in a group. No matter your preference, our trips allow you to have an unforgettable experience with young travellers just like you.
Which flights do I need to book?
You will be flying in and out of Colombo Airport (CMB) also known as Bandaranaike Airport. Flights landing in Colombo in the morning/noon of day 1 and leaving anytime on day 8 will be suitable for this trip.

Airport pickup: Group airport pickup and drop will be done by a single shuttle. If your flight timings do not match the shuttle time, we'll assist you with booking a seperate cab for cheap.
