Founder's Staff | Jaipur Office
Position Title: Founder's Staff
Location: Jaipur
Position: Full time

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the organisation's overall strategy, including identifying and prioritising opportunities, setting goals & objectives, and allocating resources.

Support day-to-day operations of the organisation, including tasks such as managing the calendar, scheduling appointments, and responding to emails.

Support founders to grow new teams with a strategic direction and refined operating model.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, find new vendors for company requirements, and support sales and marketing initiatives.

Act as a travel consultant to consumers and sell most fascinating trips (no cold calls).

Handling incoming queries across different channels like email, phone, whatsapp & social media

Handle end to end responsibility of customer onboarding experience

Working in coordination with the Operations & Marketing team

Playing a critical part in achieving organization’s revenue goals
Requirement:

Any graduate/post-graduate (freshers can also apply)

Position Title: Operations Executive

Responsibilities:

Work on Contracting with Hotels and DMC's

Handle end to end responsibility of Tour operations

Coordinate between Sales team, Trip leaders and Suppliers

Booking hotels, taxi, flights, and assisting customers on visa documentation

Following up with hotels for renewal, new contracts, rate negotiation and special requests

Identify key markets and develop new itineraries suitable for our client base

Research new hotels, restaurants, activities and local suppliers
Requirement:

Any graduate/post-graduate with minimum 1 year experience in a travel company.

Prior experience of international travel operations

Basic knowledge of ticketing and visa

Position Title: Social Media Manager

Responsibilities:

Design and implement a Social Media strategy to align with business goals

Generate content ideas and driving content marketing initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention.

Handling Social Media Channels - Regular posting of engaging posts on Facebook, Instagram, & Twitter

Run Facebook, Google, and Instagram campaigns.

Ability to produce a grammatically sound and intriguing copy
-
Work with content writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Requirement:

1+ years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or as a Digital Media Specialist

Flexible and engaging writing style.

Expert knowledge of all leading social media sites, including their algorithm.

Up-to-date with the Social Media trends and best practises in designing
